This February, we had the pleasure of introducing you to The Nerdist. If you haven’t had a chance to check it out, that podcast is basically Chris Hardwark talking about stuff and things with his two nerdy friends.

They’re often joined by someone more famous — recent guests include Bryan Cranston, Jeri Ryan, Simon Pegg, Neil Gaiman and Sir Patrick Stewart.
If you don’t know at least a couple of those names, that’s a reasonably good indicator that The Nerdist isn’t for you. But…
What’s new?
…over the last few months The Nerdist has been joined by other great shows, at least one of which is sure to tickle your fancy.

- The Indoor Kids — The Indoor Kids is all about the kind of lifestyle you have to lead in order to be a proper Gamer, capital G. Join your hosts as they take a journey from childhood Shinobi obsessions up through the best and worst video game adaptations of movies.
- Making It – Riki Lindhome talks with people in the entertainment industry about how they got their careers. There’s no road map for show business and everyone’s story is different, so Riki interviews people about how they started, how they’ve kept it going and what they’ve learned along the way.
- The Nerdist — Nerdy nerdness comedy podcast with Chris Hardwick, Jonah Ray & Matt Mira.
- Nerdist Writers Panel — An informal chat with professional writers about the process and business of writing. Covering TV, film, comic books, music, novels, and any other kind of writing about which you’d care to hear.
- The Questionauts — Improvising over-confident (and under-accurate) answers to listener questions.
- Sex Nerd Sandra — Sex. We do it. It’s a thing. Now let’s talk about it! Sex educator and Nerdist blogger Sex Nerd Sandra delves deep into the endlessly fascinating world of human sexuality and pleasure.
- The Todd Glass Show — Comedian Todd Glass and friends talk about stuff.
Where do I find them?
You can find Nerdist Industries shows in Kinoma Guide at Entertainment & Comedy > Nerdist Industries. Or, just search the guide for the specific show you’re interested in.

Guys often get short-shrift when it comes to learning about clothing and style. It’s generally not a topic that guys talk about together, so most of us just learn what little they know by observing friends and co-workers.
So if your peers aren’t paragons of style, where do you go?

Thankfully, now there are shows like Put This On. It teaches guys “how to dress like a grownup” in the privacy of your own home — or when you watch with Kinoma Play, the privacy of your own phone!
Interesting, what will I learn?
Season 1 has included such practical information as:
- How to dress for your body type
- Dressing tips from menswear experts
- Tips on grooming, such as the proper way to do a classic wet shave
- How to buy and care for jeans from a denim expert
- How to care for and shine shoes
- How to dress for job interviews
And last but not least…
- Hear Lyndon Johnson order pants (an amazing recording from LBJ’s Presidency)
Where can I find it?
You can find Put This On in the Guide under Arts & Culture > Beauty & Style. Or just search for “Put This On”.
Enjoy!
